2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
  • You must not create accounts on behalf of others or share your account.
  • Notify us immediately at contact@nosa.ng if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Nigerian law
  • Post or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or restricted areas
  • Interfere with the Portal's operation or circumvent security measures
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Portal without written permission

4. Event Registrations & Payments

Event fees are processed via Paystack. By completing a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms. Refunds are subject to the specific event's refund policy communicated at the time of registration. NOSA is not responsible for technical failures during payment processing by third-party providers.

5. Certificates & ID Cards

Digital certificates and ID cards issued through the Portal are official NOSA documents. Tampering with, forging, or misrepresenting these documents is a violation of these Terms and may lead to account suspension and referral to relevant disciplinary bodies.

All content on the Portal — including the NOSA name, logo, blog posts, and educational materials — is the property of NOSA or its contributors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.

7. Account Suspension

NOSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent membership status, or engage in conduct inconsistent with the values of the association.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is." NOSA makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, NOSA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
